Our talented in-house designers take into consideration potential future growth, efficient use of space, and aesthetic appeal when they design each workspace, no matter the size of your team or your budget.
What happens during the design process?
The most important part of the design process is for us to understand what your staff need from their work environment. To do this, we start by taking a detailed brief from your business, involving initial meetings with stakeholders, and begin a thorough workplace appraisal. Each project is different, which is why we work collaboratively with you to achieve the design and style that fulfils your requirements.
The results of the appraisal will help to inform our initial 2D space plan, which will then enable us to agree on the layout and operational functionality of the space. We can help you to envisage your workspace through the use of 3D visuals. At this point, we can start to look at precedents, and create mood boards to help finalise your personal design aesthetic.
Our design team will make personalised recommendations on fittings, furniture and new technology, all based on the day-to-day requirements of your staff. Our collaborative way of working means we can get to know you and your business, and create a workplace that supports your values, needs and staff well-being.
